Return & Exchange Policy


Return/Exchange window:
15 days from delivery

1) Eligibility

  • Unworn, unwashed, free of stains/deodorant/fragrance/pet hair
  • Original packaging with all tags attached
  • Returned within 15 days of delivery (carrier scan)

Not eligible: final-sale/clearance; gift cards; personalized/altered items; earrings/intimates; “as-is” samples.

2) How to Start a Return or Exchange

All returns & exchanges are initiated directly through your RebelRoots Customer Account.

Steps:

  • Log in to your account at RebelRoots 
  • Go to Orders 
  • Select the order you want to return
  • Click “Request Return”
  • Choose the item(s), reason, and whether you want a refund or exchange
  • A return authorization and label option will appear once approved

3) Costs & Refunds

  • Return shipping: Customer-paid.
    You may use your own carrier, or choose our prepaid label (fee deducted at refund stage).
  • Exchange shipping: Outbound shipping for replacement items is charged before dispatch.
  • Original shipping fees: Non-refundable.
  • Refund timeline: Refunded to the original payment method after inspection (within 3–7 business days of the item reaching our facility).

4) Condition check

Items returned used, damaged, missing tags, or outside the 15-day window may be declined or issued store credit at our discretion.

5) Damaged/incorrect items

If defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll repair/replace or refund as appropriate.

6) International Orders

  • Accepted for return within 15 days
  • Duties/taxes are non-refundable
  • International return shipping is customer-paid
  • Exchanges may not be available for all countries; refunds will be issued if replacements cannot be shipped

7) How Exchanges Work

All exchanges are processed as a return + new shipment:

  • Start the exchange via Request Return
  • Once your return is scanned by the carrier, we ship the replacement
  • Exchange shipping charges apply
  • If the replacement is unavailable, a refund is issued instead

8) Cancellations & address changes

Orders can be canceled or edited before they ship. Once a label is created, changes aren’t guaranteed.

9) Final-sale items

Items marked Final Sale aren’t eligible for return or exchange (except for defects or where required by law).
