Domestic shipping: Free on all U.S. orders (standard service)
International shipping: Charged at carrier rates based on destination, package size/weight, and service availability

Processing times

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays).
• Pre-order or custom items will show their own timelines on the product page.
• If we anticipate delays, we’ll email you promptly.

Domestic (USA) shipping

• Cost: Free standard shipping to all U.S. states and territories.
• Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (selected automatically).
• Transit estimate: 3–7 business days for standard; expedited options may be offered at checkout for a fee.
• Tracking: E-mailed as soon as the order ships.

Note: Some services may not deliver to P.O. boxes. If your order exceeds carrier limits, we’ll request a street address.

International shipping

• Cost: Calculated at checkout (real-time carrier rates).
• Duties & taxes: May be collected by local customs; customer is responsible.
• Transit time: Typically 6–14 business days, varies by country, carrier, and customs.
• Availability: If no service is available to your address, we’ll contact you with options or a refund.

Order changes & address corrections

• We can update or cancel an order before it ships. Once a label is created, changes aren’t guaranteed.
• Please ensure your address is accurate; misaddressed or undeliverable packages may incur reship fees.

Split shipments

We may ship your order in multiple packages at no extra cost (you’ll receive tracking for each).

Delivery issues (lost, stolen, or damaged)

• If tracking shows delivered but you don’t have the package, check with neighbors and allow 24–48 hours for a late scan.
• Report damage or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery (include photos) so we can assist.
• We’ll help with carrier claims and may offer a replacement or refund once a claim is initiated.

Shipping fees & refunds

• Domestic standard shipping is free; any paid shipping service (expedited, international) is non-refundable once shipped.
• If an order is returned as undeliverable or refused, we’ll refund the product(s) minus any return shipping/processing costs.
